Grounded
If any of you bothered to follow the countdown, you may have noticed that the launch got yanked with only a few hours to go. Apparently there was an anomaly with the upper stage of the rocket, and they chose to investigate further.
As a result, my return plans are currently on hold, which could end up shafting my time in Winnipeg for Christmas. On the flip side, I had my first afternoon off in over two weeks.

Hi Sandy,
Good news...I found out that I should be flying into Winnipeg by the 18th. It would have been very hard to have missed Christmas after a year with so much time on the road. Thanks for the comments.

Hey Kathryn,
It's great that you and Sophie will be able hit the National Gallery together. We haven't been back there since our road trip 3 years ago, and the Tom Thomson exhibit was on. Hopefully when my work slows down a bit, I will finally get a chance to be a tourist in my own town.
