Don Deli
This photo was taken the morning after our wedding day in Winnipeg. We had decided that the best way to cure a sore head from a late night at the Kings Head pub, would be to stroll over to the Don Deli for a classic diner breakfast. It turned out to be an awesome fall day as well - one of those one's where wearing a black shirt catches just enough sun to warm your bones.

Ok, that's just a seriously great photo of a wonderful moment. You even got the classic Winnipeg dumpsters in there...and doesn't Esther look like a Charlie's Angel? So glam!
That morning outing seemed kinda surreal following the large-group pubbing of the nigth before -- intimate and warm and mellow. A trip highlight for sure.

btw, where are the ones I took with your camera with you in them? Were they total duds?

We were sorry to have missed that.

Jer, the photos you took worked out in a real abstract kind of way. The problem is that there was all this distance between everyone...and it looked more like a bunch of strangers in an alley.

Fire those over sometime -- I'd like to see them.

K, so I failed to bring shoes other than those shit-kickin' boots. Herein lies the suggestion of my 'glam factor'. Haha. (Charlie's Angels theme song here)
Tis a gr8 shot and it truly captured the wonderful event - like the wedding and life ever after had come full circle.

Est, I meant glam in the most complimentary way, of course. You've got the total shit-kickin' attitude goin' on.
